<div>Zimmermann Spring 2025 made elevated beachwear look effortless.</div>

The newest Spring RTW collection from the Australian brand was inspired by the legendary surf film, &ldquo;Morning of the Earth&rdquo;​ (1972, <a href="https://www.instagram.com/morning_of_the_earth/">@morning_of_the_earth</a>), a film that followed surfers living with nature as they traveled across Australia, Bali, and Hawaii searching for a perfect wave. The film directed by Albert Falzon Oam celebrated a 50 year anniversary, and inspired Nicky Zimmermann to create a collection in harmony with nature itself.&nbsp;
The youth culture of Australia deeply resonated with the film at the time of its release, and the inspiration was notable throughout this collection, with garments taking cues from the counterculture surf-wear of the 70s. Elevated casual pieces like cargo pants and denim were mixed with the glamorous dresses the brand is known for. Dresses were semi-sheer, light and voluminous, each in a color palette of sunset tones. Intricate knot pattern details and lace were throughout the collection, braided into floor length gowns and added into tops paired with trousers. Dotted between billowing dresses, there were pieces made for the everyday. Skirts made of rope netting were paired with parkas, floor length lightweight trench coats were layered onto swimsuits. Laidback sets floated down the runway, making casual cool dressing look effortless.&nbsp;
Looks were styled with beaded necklaces, shells, fishbone earrings and dolphin pendants; an homage to a surfer&rsquo;s accessories, bought by the beach on a sunny vacation. Models wore leather fisherman sandals and flip flops to continue the theme, and outfits were paired with raffia handbags and slouching carry-all purses.
Zimmermann&rsquo;s spring 2025 show was a collection of elevated and elegant pieces, bringing glamor to a surfer&rsquo;s paradise.
