This week the inaugural St Barths Wellness Club retreat event took place, bringing together wellness-minded individuals in a setting unlike any other.&nbsp;

Hosted at the scenic Le Toiny Hotel on the island&rsquo;s &ldquo;wild side&rdquo;, the event brought together wellness practitioners, beauty innovators, sustainability advocates, and like-minded individuals for an immersive, transformative experience. The retreat was planned around a curated program of activities designed to nourish both the body and the soul, from morning Vinyasa yoga sessions led by Tara Nolan to discussions on sustainability and wellness by locals. As a surfer, I&rsquo;m passionate about the relationship we have with our environment.&rdquo; 
Local pro surfer Tessa Thyssen carried the conversation on marine life and its connection to wellness by leading a conversation on ocean sustainability, discussing how ocean health is intrinsically linked to the larger wellness movement and the importance of preserving the island&rsquo;s natural environment. These experiences were thoughtfully designed to engage with the island&rsquo;s ecosystem and foster a movement for mindful, sustainable living.
