JENNY MANNERHEIM: Where did you grow up, and what experiences or values have shaped who you are today?
SARAH SNYDER: I grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina.
JM: What&rsquo;s your beauty and wellness routine?
SS: In the morning, I typically cleanse my face using a moisturizer, eye cream, oil, and a red light mask. After a nutritious breakfast I do my best to swim for an hour and walk for more. In the evening, I relax by reading a book (&ldquo;Let them&rdquo; by Mel Robbins is currently on my nightstand) or watching a good show on television.

JM: Fashion is constantly evolving, but is there a piece in your closet that you consider timeless?
SS: I love my Birkin Bags. They are each timeless, I have several styles and colors.

JM: Talk to us about your fashion philosophy. How do you approach putting together a look?
SS: I have a capsule wardrobe and I pick my outfits according to what I am about to do (exercise, work, dinner).
JM: When it comes to beauty, are there any products you swear by? Can you walk us through your go-to beauty routine?
SS: Absolutely! I love washing my face with Clenziderm. I moisturize with La Mer and I apply an eye cream by La Mer if my skin is feeling extra dry. I use Elemis, which is a face serum that nourishes and revitalizes the skin. I also use the A m z skin red light mask, which offers so many skincare benefits.

JM: What is it about St. Barth that draws you in? What are your favorite spots on the island?
SS: The island&rsquo;s culture so hospitable and charming. The beaches, the food, the natural beauty and wildlife. All the activities you can take part in like swimming, hiking, and surfing!
JM: Who are the women who inspire you? Are there any role models or muses who have had a lasting impact on your life and career?
SS: Growing up and to this day, my Aunt Krissy always has and continues to inspire me. She has had such a positive impact on my life by supporting who I am as an individual.
JM: In a place like St. Barth, wellness is so important. Do you have any wellness tips or go-to routines that you find yourself returning to?
SS: Hydrate! Drink lots of water. Get plenty of rest.
