Vaquera kicked off Paris fashion week with its Spring 2025 ready-to-wear collection.

Sailors and cowboys, lace and leather, Vaquera&rsquo;s new runway collection was a classic mix of juxtapositions. Models walked down the runway in the punky, cool-girl exaggerated silhouettes the brand is known for. Large round satin padded ballerina skirts were paired with big fur throws and t-shirts with Madonna-esque built in bras. The sailor hats we saw in their 2024 collections came back paired with dresses in nautical stripes. Denim and accessories received a &ldquo;V&rdquo; for Vaquera branding, along with details to take us back to the New York heart of the brand. For shoes the models wore cowboy boots, modified cowboy boot pumps, and silver sneakers that&rsquo;s said &ldquo;love&rdquo; and &ldquo;rage&rdquo; on either foot; each styled to pleasantly clash with the full look. Half love half rage, half party girl half pirate, it&rsquo;s all the more clear that Vaquera is about the duality of the wearer. Overall, this spring Vaquera stayed true to the heart of its brand, giving us a collection of pieces for the it-girl and party-goer inside us all.
